Inmate Telephone Service

The Holmes County Jail provides inmates with telephones in their assigned housing areas, owned and operated by AmTel Communications. Inmates are allowed to make collect calls only. If you require assistance with receiving calls from the Holmes County Jail, contact AmTel at 1-800-849-6081 or by clicking on the AmTel icon below. Inmates can also buy phone time off of commissary.

Inmates cannot receive incoming telephone calls, and Holmes County Sheriff's Office employees are not permitted to deliver personal messages to inmates.
